All our prices are listed in American Dollars (USD), and the final amount on your receipt will be listed likewise. A currency converter is available on the navigation bar (computer version), or bottom of the page (smartphone/tablet version) for referencing purposes only.
Currently, we only accept payments made through PayPal.
Made a mistake in your order, or hit checkout too early? Don’t worry, we understand. Cancellations can be issued up to 12 hours after you’ve paid for your order.
Once the 12-hour time period has passed, chances are your goods have already been packed and are awaiting takeoff at the post office. Please see our return policy below if this is the case.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping to most countries worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand.
When does my order ship out?
All orders are mailed out 1-4 business days after your payment has been received. Business days exclude weekends, Thai national holidays, Christmas and the week of New Years due to post office closures.
What are the domestic shipping methods?
There are three options:
- Regular Registered Mail (Free)
Good shipped this way will usually arrive at your doorstep in 3-7 days, depending on the province you live in.
- EMS ($2)
Goods shipped via EMS tend to take 1-3 days to get to your destination.
What international shipping methods can I choose from?
There are four options:
- International Registered Mail, ($5, or free for orders over $80)
Goods shipped with this method usually take approximately 3-5 weeks to get to the destination, with most orders taking around 18 business days to arrive at your address however there are chances for delays so please be understanding. Full or partial tracking provided.
- Express Mail Service ($40 flat rate)
Goods shipped via EMS tend to arrive at the final destination within 9 business days. Please note that a delay is very possible if you place your order after the first week of December, due to the high volume of mail being processed worldwide during the Holiday season. Full tracking is provided.
- FedEx ($30 // New Holiday Rate)
Goods shipped through FedEx usually arrives at the final destination within 7 business days, but can take up to 12 business days for some countries such as Canada and Mexico.

IMPORTANT: The shipping time frames listed are only approximations. While most packages we’ve sent out will reach the customer within the aforementioned periods, we cannot guarantee nor insure that your package will arrive on time – please be understanding and take into consideration that the time-frames provided may need some wiggle-time .
Once your package leaves Thailand, we have no control over your country’s postal system.
The best way to ensure that your package gets to you within a specified time frame is to get your order shipped via FedEx. While this is the pricier option, these packages come with a working tracking number and are processed through customs faster than packages sent via regular postal services.
What do you mean by “partial tracking”?

I only ordered one item. Can you offer a lower shipping rate if I want my goods mailed to me via FedEx/DHL?
We understand that international shipping can be costly, and we want you to have the lowest rates possible when it comes to shipping and handling. The rates listed above are the official carrier rates for ONE item, but we are offering it as a flat fee for your convenience.
I live in Canada. Why is International Registered Mail or Express Mail Service not an available option?
Due to the Canadian customs and post office regulations, we have had packages take over three months to arrive at the final destination. International Registered Mail tracking numbers also don’t work on the Canada Post website, so on top of a high chance of the package getting very delayed, there is no working tracking number once the package leaves Thailand. Therefore, as of Jan 1, 2017, we have decided to take away the first two shipping options to Canada for those reasons.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope to find another solution as soon as possible.
I will be in Bangkok for vacation. Would you be able to deliver my package to my hotel?
Yes, if you are in Bangkok between Monday and Friday, we would happily deliver any purchase to your hotel. Please contact us privately prior to your purchase to confirm delivery method and date.
I have received my package, but I have to pay additional taxes. What do I do?
First of all, we want to apologize for this inconvenience!
However, please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs taxes once your goods get to your country. The buyer is responsible for their own customs charges and taxes.
I ordered my package via International Registered Mail. How does tracking work?
After your order is processed and shipped, we will send you an e-mail with tracking information.
Once your order is mailed out, you can track your order status here. Depending on your final destination, the website may give you tracking status until the final destination, however occasionally it only tracks your package until it leaves Thailand.
If you don’t see any updates on the Thai Post page after your package departs Thailand, your package may be trackable via your local post office website. Just enter the same tracking number, and you will see any updates thereafter.
Tracking number doesn’t work on your local postal service’s website?
This is what we refer to as partial tracking. Your post office has changed your package’s tracking number. Please note that although we have no control over this matter, this has been accounted for and your package will most-likely arrive around the given timeframe.
Our return policy is effective within 30 days, starting from the day you placed your order. If your package gets to you later than the timeframes we listed above, you have 10 days upon receipt to return your item. If you pass the 30 day/10-day mark, we unfortunately cannot offer a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must still be in the same condition as you have received it. This means it must be unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.
Exceptions to our return policy include sale items, items bought with promo codes and gift cards. Those sales are final and non-refundable.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and returns are paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for any lost items, so we also recommend purchasing insurance for your returned package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
